As a huge win for the LA Alliance, the Court granted our Motion for Preliminary Injunction today with an emergency order, which requires the City and County of Los Angeles to take massive, immediate steps toward alleviating the ongoing homelessness crisis.  One of these actions includes providing housing to all unaccompanied women and children on Skid Row in 90 days, families in 120 days, and all other persons living on Skid Row in 180 days.
