Dear Alliance Member:

We have finished meeting with the interested parties and remain optimistic that the time spent was productive. That said, we will be filing our lawsuit in Federal Court on Tuesday, March 10.  We plan to have a press conference at 10 a.m. at the Midnight Mission (San Pedro Street and Sixth Street).  There will be parking available across from the Midnight Mission on San Pedro Street.  We will also provide escorts from cars to the Mission.  The conference will be held in the interior of the mission.

We encourage attendance from Alliance members (all of you) and their guests.  The more Alliance members standing with us at the press conference the better.    It will be helpful if you can advise me by return email if you are able to attend and roughly how many you will be bringing.   Feel free to contact me should you have questions.

We would like as many “contributors” as possible.
